Rolla Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce that they are the recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2020 Customer Experience Award.

In September, Valerie Eades will celebrate her 10-year work anniversary at Rolla Presbyterian Manor. She began as a nursing aid and continued to pursue training: certified nursing assistant, then certified medication technician. She has worked in multiple departments, including memory care.A career in senior care “just kind of finds you,” Valerie said.

Krystal Grisham serves as the assistant director of nursing and MDS coordinator for Rolla Presbyterian Manor. But she began her career at the Presbyterian Manor as a CNA when she was a senior in high school.“Since I started working here, my goal was to move up in this company,” Krystal said. “Now I’ve been in almost every position I could hold.”The desire to give her children a good life motivated her to continue on with her education, even as she worked and raised

Rolla Presbyterian Manor received a certificate of recognition from PMMA (Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America) for reaching goals in fiscal year 2019, covering the months of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, at a banquet November 13 in Wichita, Kan.The recognition came through PMMA’s Emerald Awards Program, designed to encourage its 16 locations and 2 hospices to achieve high levels of resident and employee satisfaction, meet financial goals
