STEADY AT THE HELM

At Rolla Presbyterian Manor, service starts at the top. Our mission is to provide quality services guided by Christian values, and each of us promises to live out this mission every day.

Ann Caudill

Executive Director
Ann has been with Rolla Presbyterian Manor since November 1982 when she joined us as office manager. Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in biological science from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and is a licensed nursing home administrator. She is a member of St. Patrick’s Church.

William Pierce

Senior Living Sales Director
William joined Presbyterian Manor in January 2024. He has experience in real estate and can bring those skills to help seniors find their next home. Outside work, William enjoys reading and listening to podcasts and likes getting out in nature with hiking and kayaking/floating.

Krystal Grisham

RN, Director of Nursing
Krystal joined Presbyterian Manor in 2002 as a certified nurse’s aide and was named director of nursing in March 2020. She worked her way through certifications as a certified medication technician, licensed practical nurse and registered nurse. She was promoted to MDS coordinator in April 2016. She received her CNA, CMT and LPN through Rolla Technical Center and her RN through Houston Technical College.

Jim Payne

Environmental Services Director
Jim joined Rolla Presbyterian Manor as maintenance technician in October 1990. He became Environmental Services Director in February 1992. Prior to that time, Jim was a department manager for Kroger Company for 10 years. He also was a real estate sales agent with Investment Realty for five years. Jim received his training in building trades at Rolla Technical Institute.

Carmen Payne

Dining Services Director
Carmen joined Rolla Presbyterian Manor as a certified nurse aide in November 2008 after relocating from Tennessee. In 2009, she became Rolla Presbyterian Manor’s assistant activity director, a position she held until becoming the Manor’s dining services director in 2013. Previously, Carmen spent a decade employed at McDonald’s Restaurants and seven years as a job coach for disabled workers. She entered the food services industry after closing her hair salon in 1990. In addition to an education in cosmetology, Carmen studied child development at Tennessee Tech. She has received training in social services, activities and food services.

Valerie Eades

Social Services Designee
Valerie is a familiar face at Presbyterian Manor and was named the social services designee in October 2016. She first worked at Presbyterian Manor in 2007 as a nurse aide. She left to ride with her husband, who is an over-the-road truck driver. After deciding she missed her children and grandchildren, she returned to Rolla and was rehired at Presbyterian Manor in 2010 and worked as a CNA and later a certified medication aide. She has been the coordinator in Tranquility House, the secure memory care neighborhood.
