Seniors often reach a point where they think about rightsizing. Their house may be more than they want or, for some, able to handle. They might start thinking it would be fun to sell the lawn mower and move somewhere maintenance-free. The ideal time to move into an independent living community is when you feel the itch to change things up, but when you are still active enough to enjoy the lifestyle benefits of a senior living community.
We offer beautiful one- and two-bedroom cottages.
We do offer smaller storage areas, or for additional storage, we can direct you to convenient storage units nearby. In addition, we can provide expert assistance in rightsizing. A move of this kind usually requires anticipating future needs and making some tough decisions about furnishings and possessions. In truth, you most likely spend the majority of your time in just a few rooms of your house. We can help you in planning. We’ll work with you personally to ensure the choices you make are right for you and consistent with the way you want live.
Our campus offers an entrance fee with a lower monthly fee option and higher monthly accommodation option without an entrance fee. Monthly accommodation fees begin at $2,671; monthly fees with an entrance fee begin at $1063, depending on the residence selected. Paying an entrance fee up front is like an investment that secures your money and provides an ongoing guaranteed benefit of having lower monthly costs. We recommend you speak with your financial adviser about the best option for you.
The 75/25 Plan option provides you with the means to preserve personal resources. It is designed to allow for 75% of the money deposited to be refunded to your estate when you leave the community and your residence becomes reoccupied. The 25% nonrefundable portion remains with Rolla Presbyterian Manor to further our mission to provide quality services to residents. If you select the 75/25 Plan, you will pay a lower monthly fee, based on the type of housing and services provided. The monthly fee is subject to periodic review.
