Our campus offers two options: an entrance fee plan with a lower monthly fee, or a monthly accommodation fee without an entrance fee. Depending on the residence and finance option selected, monthly independent living fees begin at $1,090 per month under the entrance fee plan, or $2,200 per month if opting to pay the monthly accommodation fee.
