Rolla Presbyterian Manor receives customer experience award
Presbyterian Manor is proud to announce it’s the recipient of the 2024 Customer Experience Award from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a customer satisfaction measurement firm. Qualifying for the award for health care means Rolla Presbyterian Manor qualified for skilled nursing and assisted living. The award means the community placed in the top 15% of care providers nationwide across a 12-month average.
“This recognition demonstrates that our residents and their families continue to have trust in the care that we provide,” said Ann Caudill, executive director. “Every day, I see our staff carry out our mission to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values, and this shows that our residents and their families see it, too.”
Throughout 2023, manor residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews, answering open-ended questions and rating Rolla Presbyterian Manor in multiple categories. Based on the answers, Pinnacle has determined that the community has qualified for the award for independent living in the following service areas:

· Individual Needs
· Personal Care
· Professional Therapy Services
Throughout its history of serving the community, Rolla Presbyterian Manor has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. This award reinforces that commitment.
