Two Rolla Presbyterian Manor residents celebrate a century of life!

Rolla Presbyterian Manor is excited to celebrate the birthdays of two residents with more than a century of life behind them!

William James turns 101 this month while Donna Parker recently celebrated birthday number 103!

James served our nation during World War II as an Air Force Navigator and went on to start a company called Mead Chemicals, while also playing a role in the founding of Brewer Science. He’s also a professor who worked well into his 80’s at Missouri S&T!

Donna Parker was born in Dixon, Missouri and is one of 8 children! She loved to travel, especially to Las Vegas. She owned a grocery store and worked as a real estate agent.

She was also known for her many quilts and Afghans she crocheted and for her love of fishing.

Please join us in wishing a very Happy Birthday to these two amazing residents!
