Rolla Presbyterian Manor Marks 50th Anniversary in 2024

50 years, in terms of anniversaries, is a big one.

For a marriage, it marks the most special of milestones.

At Rolla Presbyterian Manor, our celebration of 50 years in 2024 is equally special. Since opening our doors in December of 1973 and watching our first residents move in during the early part of 1974, a lot has changed. The one constant, however, has been our commitment to the Presbyterian Manors mission. Providing care and compassion to seniors is at the heart of our Christian mission.

“There have been so many changes and advances over the course of the 42 years I’ve been here,” said executive director Ann Caudill. “We’re proud of our reputation as a place where your loved one is going to get the very best care.”

Caudill isn’t the only member of the team who’s been around for decades.

“There’s something special here,” she said. “We have team members who’ve celebrated 30-, 20- and 10-year anniversaries with us. At a time when people job hop, we’ve managed to keep a lot of our folks around.”

While Rolla Presbyterian Manor remains a trusted source for care, Caudill says maintaining that reputation is a daily commitment.

“We continue to strive to be the best at what we do,” she said. “We’ve had a lot of challenges in recent years with the pandemic, yet we’ve remained steadfast in our commitments. I don’t see that changing.”
