A quarter century of service to Rolla Presbyterian Residents for Theresa Wood!

Theresa Wood, one of our great CNAs, knew she wanted to work at Rolla Presbyterian Manor when she was still in high school.

“I did my clinicals here,” she explained. “It seemed like a great place to work and right after graduation, I started my job here.”

25 years later, she has no regrets.

“I love of the residents,” she explained. “That’s what it’s all about.”

As for her longevity, she shared it’s all about how she was raised.

“I was brought up that you have a job, and if you’re happy you keep it. That’s instinctive in me,” she adds.

Happiness, she said, is something that comes with the territory at Rolla Presbyterian Manor.

“I love the atmosphere and taking care of the residents and knowing what I’m doing is making a difference.”

As for her personal life…

“I’m married and have two kids and five dogs and two cats,” she shared. “I’m an animal lover and I enjoy spending time with them and watching movies.”

Wood also enjoys antiquing and visiting flea markets.
