Spiritual Life

Rolla Presbyterian Manor’s spiritual life activities give residents numerous opportunities to worship and practice their faith. Rev. Allen Teal serves as part-time chaplain.

Our community hosts regular worship services every Sunday afternoon at 4. The services are open to residents of all living levels. Each service is led by one of several local pastor volunteers who serve on a rotating basis. They include:

  • Rev. Tim Lee, First United Methodist Church, Rolla
  • Officer Team and Presbyterian Women’s Circle, First Presbyterian Church, Rolla
  • Rev. Dr. Aune J. Strom, Christ Episcopal
  • Rev. Stephen Kamprath, Lutheran Church
  • First Baptist Church, Rolla
  • Minister Richard Krenning and Stuart Baur, Hope Lutheran Church, Rolla

Worship however they choose

Rolla Presbyterian Manor hosts other worship opportunities throughout the week. All services are open to residents of all living levels.

  • Morning devotional, led by Kathe Hooton, Joy Parker, Debra Harris
  • Eucharist service with communion, led by the Rev. Dr. Aune J. Strom from Christ Episcopal Church, second Tuesday of each month
  • Bible study, led by Joy Parker, Tuesdays at 2 p.m.
  • Devotion in Tranquility House memory care, 11:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Harvesting Souls Quartet, performs bimonthly
  • Lutheran Church devotions, led by Erma Jean Haas, second Monday of the month at 10 a.m.
  • Bible study, led by the First Assembly of God Church, every Thursday at 2 p.m.
  • Religious choral groups perform at various times throughout the year
  • Our worship schedule includes memorial services by Manor Chaplain Allen Teal
